Fertility and weight-based care should not be difficult, inaccessible or taboo. We keep it simple, private and respectful.
How we work
Aevum defines the service structure, appointment types, pricing and administrative workflow. Each treating practitioner retains independent clinical judgement and responsibility for the care they personally provide. A package or appointment type never predetermines a diagnosis, investigation, prescription, referral or treatment outcome.
Telehealth suitability is assessed at every consultation. Where telehealth is not adequate for safe assessment, in-person or emergency care is recommended.

Why Aevum exists
Aevum was founded by Simone Care, following a disorganised and unclear path through a weight loss and fertility journey in the healthcare system.
Her personal experience led Simone to see a gap in how these aspects of health are organised and managed, and she wanted to create Aevum to streamline this process, keep it simple and discreet.
Aevum prides itself on its mission to make reproductive and weight-based care accessible, simple, and judgement-free. Aevum doesn’t seek to follow trends or fads, and aims to keep its care aligned with current guidelines and the available evidence, where clinically appropriate.
Aevum strives to be clinician-oriented and clinician-guided, with a clinical lead team, not just a single signatory practitioner. We are a close-knit team who want to make your experience as smooth as possible.
